Founder & CEO
Neil Wiggins
Neil will lead the new business bringing the benefit of his 40 years of maritime and logistics experience together with the existing vessel and cargo management infrastructure of IVOPS.
Neil has delivered major international port projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia and has worked for numerous shipping lines as part of the home team and in external consultancy roles.
Neil completed 6 years (two terms of office) as a senior non executive director of the Port of Dover.

Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer
Simon Dixon
Simon has over 20 years in the Marine and Port Industry with significant operational, financial and commercial experience.
Simon started his working life as Royal Navy Officer and served on multiple vessels as a Navigator and Diving officer. Upon leaving the Military he then worked within Project Management delivering 8 RoRo vessels from build in the shipyard through to on hire charter.
Simon moved to the Middle East in 2011 and worked as a Director with Gulftainer and then Abu Dhabi Terminals within Project and Terminal investments developing extensive strategic and commercial acumen whilst investing close to $3.5 billion USD.
Moving back to the UK in 2017 he then ran 3 container terminals commercially for Peel Ports and ‘Port Direct’ was his initiative which has led to almost half a million containers committing to using Liverpool if a service is introduced from the Far East.

Chief Operations Officer
Alan Robertson
Alan will lead the day to day operations of the business.
He has over 30 years of experience in container businesses including senior executive posts at P&O and CP ships. During his tenure with CP ships Alan has implemented significant cost improvement programs, created global management structures and significantly improved fleet efficiency.
Alan has a track record of delivering equipment utilisation significantly above industry average. Despite his history of senior executive roles he remains very “hands on” and his role with IVLS will include on board equipment yield management.
Alan will also take the lead on equipment procurement and leasing bringing his many years of experience in these areas to the new venture.
